Hi Ben and Bob, hope all is going well with you, the whole BRT team and families.

I wanted to thank you and your team and let you know how delighted we are with the superb work you all did in designing and installing our docks and boat lift.

As you know, your organization was not the only one we invited to address our needs and propose a solution.  You listened well to all the factors important to us, ranging from the variety of docking facilities needed, to the fact that our lakehouse will be inherited, so the workmanship and durability of the materials needed to last not just our lifetime but also extend to the next generation.  You both worked closely with us to come up with creative ways to address several of the unique challenges, such as designing a boat lift that would allow us to get the boat onto and off it even if/when water levels might be too low, and without the need for dredging which would invite other issues.

Both of you and your entire team, including Pete, Will, Ryan, Neil, Cole, Connor and Jerry (I apologize if I have missed anyone), all bring passion for the quality of the work they do and the skills needed do ensure both longevity of the end result and ensuring we, the end client, are proud to use and share the facility with family and friends.  At many stages during the installation, when the existing topography of the waterfront triggered it, they would bring alternatives to our attention, to enhance the result even further.  We truly appreciate the initiative they showed to bring these thoughtful alternatives to our attention in a timely manner.

You built our trust in your team and your integrity by standing behind the workmanship, regardless of whether the effort came from your own team or from somebody to whom you had to sub-contract out.

So kudos to you and your management for the principles by which you live and work, and by leading by example so every one of your team have the same passion as you to delight your customer.  Joan and I truly are delighted with our docks and boat lift, and the confidence we had that you and your team would not just meet but exceed our expectations.
