"I am very pleased with the products and services provided by Interco. Ben was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. My lifting dock system was installed on the date promised. The all aluminum dock frame is well built and should provide decades of reliable service. They were also able to make the wood plank sections smaller and lighter so that they would be easier to remove and replace. My installation was difficult as the dock had to be placed directly in front of the boat house. The winch post had to be placed closer to the shore line than would have been preferable. Unfortunately, I did have a problem as the post, imbedded in concrete, did not hold solidly when underweight. It did still lift the dock but the post was bent over considerably. The soil around the concrete base was too soft and the water table was too high at that spot. I spoke to Cindy, at the office, when I noticed the problem. She went to bat for me very promptly. Interco agreed to remove the original installation and redesigned the foundation at considerable expense and time. They did not charge me extra money for this substantially upgraded post foundation. I am happy to report that the post is now holding solidly. It is nice to see a company stand by it's work. I highly recommend Interco for all of your docking needs."
